Dr. Amy Catalano is a life-long Massachusetts resident and graduated from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts where she received her Doctorate in Optometry as well as the Eschenbach Award for Excellence in Low Vision. She also earned her advanced Board-Certified Diplomate through the American Board of Optometry and has completed additional training in pediatrics, ocular disease, contact lenses, and special populations. She is certified in functional medicine from the Functional Medicine University which is used in conjunction with her Optometric education to provide comprehensive care for her patients.

Dr. Catalano has extensive experience with pre & post operative care for LASIK, cataract and glaucoma patients and is adept in treating dry eye disease. She has expertise in treating children of all ages with complex refractive errors, strabismus and amblyopia and has also worked with the autism alliance to educate herself on the best practices to foster a comfortable environment for her autistic patients.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing games and traveling with her husband, two daughters and dog.
